Pipe Fit is to reinforce and seal the area for permanent restoration just by bolting the clamp on the pipeline in order to activate the sealing gaskets without shutting down the on-stream.
It can be seal welded to the line for solid permanent attachment.

Pipe Tight is a non-structural coupling for easy and safe end connection of pipes for oil, gas and petrochemical onshore and offshore pipelines with no especial pipe ends preparation.
Two sets of bolting are considered; radial and axial screws. They align two pipe ends together and compress the sealing gaskets respectively.
To withstand axial forces and end pull of high pressure it is recommended to be anchored (i.e. either it is fully welded on the line pipes on in-operation line with specific pressure or the line is axially supported by using Anchor Fit double set) welding is permitted weeks after seal proving interval.
Gasket material is selected compatible to your operating temperature, rate of corrosion and the product performance. NBR is standard, others are available upon request.
• It can be DRS™, DRB™ (double row circumferential bolts), and ultra long for offshore applications and when welding is not allowed or possible.
• Size range from 1-1/2" to 56".
• Lock nuts for high vibration applications.
• Body materials is according to API 5L/ASTM A106 or equivalent

• Pipe Tight can be use for valve installation and other line modifications.

Single sided Pipe Tight welded to a flange for tie-in, abandonment, expansion or repeating jobs for non-welding locations.

Axially bolted coupled two Fit clamps, to reinforce the Pipe Tight installation from internal and external forces, end-pulls load, ground movement, under water currents and also temperature expansion when welding is not applicable.
It is also recommended for Pipe Fit installation back up when the line damage is extensive or leak spot needs extra attention and safely level from the line or environment point of view or thin wall applications.
Clamps are machined to the size of the pipe OD for rough metal to metal surface gripping between the installed clamps and pipeline.
Secure fit casing to reinforce non-leaking defected sections and to be fully seal welded in pressure containing practice and only welding in longitudinal orientation in other applications while line remains in operation in certain pressure.

Hot Tap saddle is to eliminate the welding from a Hot Tap operation. The Hot Tap Fit can be reusable after reconditioning. It is recommended for weld hazardous locations. thin wall or weaken wall applications, fast operation.
It can be in several length and pressure class and also comes with options like DRS, Hinges, Plugs and sour service specification. All the Hot Tap Fits are hydrostatic tested in the work shop prior to delivery.

To encapsulate flanges and fittings from pipe to pipe or over clamp , to cover up the previous clamp when has leak in close proximityand replacing the clamp with longer version or side installation is not feasible.
Box Fit is also suitable for dual size pipeline weld connection leak repair.

For irregular connections and fittings, eccentric connection, reducer and any kind of fitting leak repair end closure can be fabricated with customized design.
